Suggest Treatment For Severe Skin Irritation

I have a skin irritation that does not want to go away. I have been to a Doctor. Not even the prescribed medication cured it. They are darker patches on my skin They have little sores mainly around the perimeter and are irratable. I always want to scratch.

Hello,

You seem to have a fungal infection of the skin. It needs oral antifungal medication unsuitable doses for sufficiently long course apart from antifungal skin ointment for complete healing. Please consult a skin specialist.
