Suggest Treatment For Severe Skin Ulcer

I am suffering head to toe with skin ulcers. Tested pos. for Giardia Lamb. I think I ve Been misdiagnosed? 1st I was told I had chichen pox, then scabies NEGATIVE, then scurvy NEGative Had a colonoscopy Normal I feel like I ve died They are round deep red tortuise shape ulcers with hard to soft scabs. They have been traveling subcutaneous in linear but often in circles or lines. I am ready to give up. my husband has no symptoms, we are active in kayaking and stand up jet ski. on Warrior River, ALabama probably surfing feces
