Suggest Treatment For Severe Sore Throat, Headache And Vomiting

has cough, tightness in chest (doing double breathing treatments for that), sore throat, headache behind ear. had diarrhea, vomiting stopped 2 days ago. sinus infection and respiratory infection dx d by FastMed, ER and PCP. got cough syrup, antibiotics z-pack (3 days left), and prednisone not helping at all. Sugar check 235 ( because of the meds) keeping it around that until steroids are finished. feels like somebody is sitting on chest.

Hi,

There can be possible pneumonia underlying as the intensity of pain is much severe.

It is recommended to undertake an x-ray of the chest with basic lab tests of total white cell count, ESR to further furnish the medication guidelines.

At present, primary relief with
- PPI as omeprazole to cover GI upset
- Antibiotic as per the doctor`s prescription
- Gargles with salted lukewarm water added peppermint oil
- Dietary measures to avoid excess sugary, dairy products.
