Suggest Treatment For Severe Soreness On The Foot
Hi my name is Wendy I am 39 and I am a CNA/Med aid on my feet for 12 + hours a day and when I get home I can barely walk on my left foot because it s very sore. I change my shoes every day I don t know what else to do I take 1000 mg of pain killers a day.

Hi,
Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to plantar fascitis but uric acid levels as well sugar levels may need to be evaluated. Using foot silicon soles in the shoes can be helpful.
Using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen alongwith gabapentin may be helpful. If problem persists x-rays and orthopaedic surgeon review may be needed.
