Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Cramps And Nausea

I have intense and sever pe stomach cramps that vary in intensity. Couldn t sleep last night through pain. Have taken ibuprofen, paracetamol and buscopan but not touching sides of pain. Slight nausea, almost vomited 3x but didn t! No crazy bowel movements, pain doesn t ease when I fart!

Hello,

The following are few causes of severe pain abdomen and cramping:
1) Acute appendicitis
2) Acute cholecystitis
3) Stone in the ureter
4) Renal colic due to stone
5) Diverticulitis
6) Ischemic colitis
7) Mesenteric adenitis

As you also have nausea and vomiting along with pain abdomen, you need to immediately see a surgeon. You may require ultrasound imaging of abdomen and pelvis. Please don't waste anymore time.
