Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Diarrhea

Today I am experiancing a horrible stomach pain, it feels like I ve been punched in the stomach. It could have something to do with the fact I was drinking last night but I have never had this with a hang over before. Yesterday I had a embarrassing incident where I had a random act of diarrhea, I thought maybe I just ate something wrong. I m just unsure if I should just wait it out or get it checked out. It is painful to breath deep, and if I push around my belly button I get kind of a sharp pain. Any ideas?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of severe stomach pain and diarrhea. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , lactose intolerance or intestinal ileus. Need not to worry. Drink plenty of fluids. You should take proper course of antacid along with proton pump inhibitors. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history . Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should eat light and non spicy. You should avoid food like seafood and nuts. You should take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down.
