Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain While Laying Down
My 28 year old son is having stomach pains center of his chest. He says its the stomach. Severe pain. Sharp. Laying down hurts. Tender to touch. Did not excersise lately. No lifting. Made himself throw up. No fever. No chills. He won t go to the Er. What do I do?

I can understand your son concern
pain in center of chest and upper abdomen I.e stomach is needed to investigate.
in most of patients is gastritis
but persistent pain need ECG
u can use PPI like Pan 40 ,,for 10days
have a regular intime diet
try to reduce tensions
don't worry after ECG consult your family doctor
