Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain

Ive been feeling stomach pain ever since 1:30 this afternoon, it is now 7:52 pm, ive thrown up a few times and then i took a nap for an hour, woke up at 7:00 and threw up again. My stomach feels pressure on both sides and feels like someone is pushing in on my stomach. I bought Tums and that doesnt seem to be working. I need help on what to do

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of abdomen pain could be due to dyspepsia and it could be associated with infection and it can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day along with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day, for five days, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
