Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain

What started as stomach pain immediately over the stomach area has now decended to include the lower abdomen a groin areas (left side). I ve tried Zan Tac 150. I go peee 3X a night and usually pee about half a bladder worth in each session. The pain is less to nearly gone when lie down.

Hi,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. Most probably it is due renal colic or ureteric pain. It is better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
