Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain

I am doing this on behalf of a friend she is 14 average height and suffers from severe stomatch and headaches on a daily basis for the past 6 months they have been getting worse and she has been to see doctors but they have not been able to find anything. she has been for an ultrasound and xray but that didnt show up anything either she was born with truncus arteriousus and it is getting very severe for her do you have any idea what it might be?

Please help i care about her alot

Thanks for posting your query.

Severe Stomach Ache with a normal Ultrasound mainly points towards Hyper Acidity or Gastric or Duodenal Ulcer. These problems cannot be seen through Ultrasound and requires a special test called Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy .

You have not mentioned any tests done in the evaluation of her headache . If anything done kindly let me know . Else I advise her to get her Blood pressure and Eyesight checked . Get a CT scan of Brain and revert back. Or better is to consult a Neurologist.
