Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain

ok I woke up at 6 am with really bad left side stomach ache, im hot 1 minute with big drops of sweat, my hair line gets wet , it makes me feel sick I puked up some thick yellow fluid n next min im so cold n have goose bumps. I lay down till the really bad pain goes away then I get back up but slight pain still there. do u think u can help me it would b so greatly appreciated Thank U

I can guide better if you answer following questions:
> Did this happen first time?
> What meal did you take at night?
> Does pain improve after you take food or without taking food?
> Is there any family history of heart problem?
> Are you on any kind of medication?


In the meanwhile you can take:
> Omeprazole 40mg once daily
> Sucralfate Suspension twice a day

AVOID:
Heavy meals at night
Spicy food
Drinks
