Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had stomach pains for some time now and they thought it was my gallbladder but they say it is not even though they said it was I larger. I have loose stools and have vomited several times. Have pain down my right arm. Have headaches and sometimes dizzie. Just feel rotten
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe stomach pains. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like antacid medicines containing calcium or aluminum , lot of dairy products in diet , irritable bowel syndrome , not enough water or fiber in your diet , hypothyroidism. In your case it seems to be due to viral infection leading to gastroenteritis. Need not to worry. For now eat more fruits and vegetables , drink plenty of water , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take antacid after every meal. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , endoscopy and ultrasound . Doctor may change your medicine or prescribe laxative , H2 blockers or antibiotics.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
