Suggest Treatment For Severe Sweating While On Hydrochlorothiazide

I am taking Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg---Can that cause a lot of sweating in the morning about 1 to 2 hrs after taking the drug. it is like I am getting cold sweats, hot flases, I get real flushed; however, my boold pressure is OK. I also take a beta blocker, Metoprolol, 25 mg X 2 daily; however, never had a problem with that one.

Hello,

Hydrochlorothiazide some time cause side effects like chills and excessive sweating, flushing.
Check your BP.
Regularly check your salt and electrolytes.
