Suggest Treatment For Severe Temple Pain

Hi I bumped my head 2 weeks ago and i dont know if it has anything to do with it but I have had headaches behind my temples and the base of my head aches. I have also been completely exhausted. What can it be? I also have a dull pain behind my sterum. I dont know if anything is realted but it worries me that I am so exhausted I am usually full of energy. Also the headaches are not good I feel like I am going to throw up I dont normally get headaches at all
