Suggest Treatment For Severe Testicle Pain

Hello Something is sticking out of right side of my scrotum. It feels like its some kind of cords and it is attached to my right testicle. It is sticking out only sometimes especially when my scrotum is relaxed. When i move that cord that s sticking out behind my right testicle, it does not stick out anymore. I had pain in my right testicle for 2-3 days before about a week this happened, but the pain went away. Now, I am not feeling any pain, but it bothers me when i put on my pants, or move my leg, because it feels something in my scrotum is getting squeezed. What could this be?

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed facts of your health query.
I understood your health concerns.

My Impression-
Based on facts of your query,You seems to suffer from-
Recurring Reducible Torsion of Right Testes.Other causes like retractile testes with strong cremaster reflex.
The sever pain in right testes was due to torsion testes, which got relieved on its own.
Squeezing pain in right testes is due to this torsion of testes.

Remedy-
Get USG and Colour Doppler to fix the torsion in right testes from Urologist.
Urgent-Orchiopexy for surgical correction of Torsion, is the treatment needed to correct your recurring Torsion problem.

Hope this would help to plan treatment with your doctors.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of something sticking out of the testicle from behind.
Unless proved otherwise this is epididymis and may be due to engorgement or inflammation or actual infection.
You can prove this by ultrasonography and color doppler examination.
Also get blood, urine and semen tested and act accordingly.
If infection is present you may need a long course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines and scrotal support.
Consult an Urologist.
