Suggest Treatment For Severe Testicle Pain

OK i was at work and had a burst of pain from my right testicle and it shot up to my right upper ribs lasted a few min then very slowly went away and left me limpish and holding on to things to stand up straight, i notice slight swelling but no redness, and honestly ive had problems prior to this incident with the same testicle in the same way if i were to describe the pain that i went thru it would be like someone trying to rip and twist my right testicle off , yes i do smoke, no i don t not have lumps of any kind, i do have jock itch because of my working conditions out in the summer heat, i do left extremely heavy items throughout my day and bend over and sit on my nees alot ? HELP...

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of had a burst of pain from right testicle and it shot up to right upper ribs lasted a few min then very slowly went away and left you limpish and holding on to things to stand up straight. The severity of pain you have told is suggestive of a condition called torsion of the testis.
You need an urgent ultrasonography and color doppler and other tests and if positive for torsion have to undergo an emergency surgery.
If no torsion, this may be due to infection. And you need a course of an antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Scrotal support helps relieve pain.
Get an opinion of an Urologist.
