Suggest Treatment For Severe Testicular Pain

Hi Doctor, I am getting pain frequently ( when I walk for few hours and when I am travelling on bike and when I am thinking about sex) from my testies.recently I noticed that my left testies was enlarged and it is bigger than my right testie. and when I am going for motion I am getting thin le quid from my pennies.can you please help me on this problem.

Hi.
The pain and swelling of the left testicle is a serious problem and should be looked after by a General Surgeon or Urologist preferably. An urgent ultrasonography and color doppler will help you to get the correct diagnosis.
The flow of liquid from the penis on going for passing motion indicates that you have either urethritis or prostatitis. On straining the fluid comes out due to transmitted pressure on the diseased prostate to have the urethral discharge.
A good per-rectal digital (by finger) examination by the Doctor can tell the condition of the prostate.
This can cause the referred pain to the testicles or can cause the retrograde infection into the epididymis and/or testicle.
The color doppler and ultrasonography examination of the abdomen for genito-urinary system and scrotum can provide further information.
Also needed are the tests of the blood, urine and stool.
Once a proper diagnosis is done, treatment is possible .
