Suggest Treatment For Severe Thigh And Hip Pain

I have pain in my right upper thigh, down the front from hip area to just above the knee and also down the outside of same thigh. I ve had this occurance, which also caused a fall in which I broke the right hip in May, since about March . My hip has healed (partial replacement), but the thigh is again giving me problems. I have spoken to my doctors about this, and thinking about the orthopedic doctor taking a look. Would this be the right solution to the problem.
