Suggest Treatment For Severe Throat Irritation

Hi I am 80 years old, I had complained of throat that I cannot take food easily, Some awkward feeling of my throat. I had done endoscopy, no problem was found. I have been advised to take nexyko L, zolife, kR U. After one month everything is ok but I am devoid of appetite and feeling sourness in my mouth always though I take water in empty stomach in the morning of 500ml. Kindly advice me what to do?

Male/80 - can not take food easily - endo normal - advised medicines - ok now - but devoid of appetite -
You need the appetizers.
You may please try over the counter appetizers.
Cyproheptadine / multivitamins / do help.
