Hello. I have not been feeling well for a couple of days now....sore throat and really weak. Today my body feels like pins and needles. I am short of breath and it feels like my heart is pounding. Almost hypersensative....Should I go to the hospital?

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, you should definitely consult doctor and visit emergency room (ER).
By your history and description, possibility of viral Upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) and post infectious bronchitis is more.
Bronchitis is common after URTI. So better to get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS). Antihistamine drugs are also useful.
Also get done ecg to rule out cardiac diseases as you are having racing heart beats.
So consult doctor, first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
