By your history and description, possibility of viral Upper
respiratory tract infection (URTI) and post infectious
bronchitis is more.
Bronchitis is common after URTI. So better to get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS). Antihistamine drugs are also useful.
Also get done ecg to rule out cardiac diseases as you are having racing heart beats.
So consult doctor, first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
