Suggest Treatment For Severe Throat Pain

Hi I have been spitting up white foamy type of spite and also hour after I have eat I can still feel it in my throat. Also and this is just recently but when I eat I can feel the food going down my stomach and it hurts a little. Can you tell me what going on with me please?

Dear,Thanks for referring to HCM !!

i have been through your query and I completely understand your concern .

*firstly i have make sure if you are having symptoms like cold , cough, sore throat, as sometimes even common cold causes symptoms similar to yours. If yes then ypu should probably not worry much. Just do salt water grgling thrice day and it would be relieved in a day or two.

*secondly if you are experiencing throat pain , hoarseness in your voice, blood in sputum then you need to be examined immeditely.

* for patient with similar compplaints i would have examined him by lryngoscopy and done tests like CBP, chest X ray.
