Suggest Treatment For Severe Thump Pain

I fell during skiing 5 days ago. I trapped my hand under my body and when I got up my thumb was severly painful. I took my glove off and it was already starting to bruise, even through the bruising has no subsided it is still swollen, painful to touch and started to feel numb. Any ideas?
