Suggest Treatment For Severe Toe Pain

Hi, I have pain in my second toe closest to my big toe on my left foot. It is painful to touch and sometimes looks a shade of blue and is most painful when my feet are cold. I also have noticed at the bottom of my feet yellow patches on both feet. I am a 50 year old woman and I am on my feet a lot at my job any input you can give would be appreciated.
