Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain i would like to explain you about each tooth individually..

Firstly about the broken tooth: As the tooth is decayed, broken and in severe pain it shows clearly that the nerves and blood vessels present in the centre of the tooth in a small chamber known as Pulp chamber are opened up due to infection reaching the deeper portions of the tooth causing nerve inflammation and severe pain.

For this you should consult a dentist and get a clinical check up and IOPAR (x ray ) done to rule out whether the tooth can be saved or it needs extraction.

In case it can be saved ROOT CANAL TREATMENT has to be done in which the nerves and blood vessels are removed, canals are cleaned and filling of canals and tooth crown is done along with antibiotics and painkillers.

In case of wisdom tooth there is an inflammation of gum flap covering the tooth due to infection caused by food deposition between the tooth and gum flap and the condition is known as PERICORONITIS.

You can get an x ray done to rule out if the tooth will erupt or it is impacted.

In case of impaction extraction is indicated and if it can erupt normally antibiotics, painkillers followed by excision of the irritating gum flap is done.

A dentist will perform all the procedures painlessly under local anaesthesia so you need not to worry and consult as it is must needed in your case.

Hope your query is solved..
