Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms toothache due to cavity is due to nerve exposure that are present in the centre of the tooth and inflammation of nerve as a result of deepening of cavity causing severe pain..

As you are three months pregnant x rays cannot be taken as well as dental treatments are risky to be performed and can be done in second trimester of pregnancy that is between 4th to 6th month of pregnancy only if there is emergency condition and only after the consent of your Gynaecologist.

You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and for tooth infection only a few antibiotics and painkillers are considered safe and he/she can advise you to take antibiotics like Amoxicillin and painkillers that is considered safe is Paracetamol or Tylenol..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
