Hello,

Severe Ulcerative colitis is commonly treated with Azathioprine or cyclosporin but a regular follow up with your doctor is a must. You are already being treated with Humira.

For pain associated with Ulcerative colitis you can take antispasmodics(Dicylomin - Spasmoproxyvon) & antacids & PPIs, Pantoprazole - 40mg for relieve.

If you do not get relieve you may need intravenous injections & fluid support. Get admitted, get treated.

Stay away from food poisoning, infections like giardiasis that causes diarrhea. Take homemade food stay away from junk food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
