Suggest Treatment For Severe Upper Back And Chest Pain

yesterday pain upper back (mid) and upper chest (mid) through and through antacid did not help; took one aspirin; did not help-went to walk in clinic-bp a little high; ekg ok; no fever; this morning awakened and pain more localized upper mid back and milder upper mid chest

bp high may be due to anxiety.mid chest pain may be due to thoracic spine compression and pain due to radiation mri may be taken and clinical examination by chest physician for diagnosis. after diagnosis ,treatment can be advised.
