Suggest Treatment For Severe Upper Chest And Back Pain

Hi, So a few hours ago I had the wind knocked out of me or so I believe so. I was doing flips on a trampoline and landed on my head/ neck region. Afterwards I was sort of yell moaning? If that s a thing. Which I ve heard is common when getting the wind knocked out of you. Anyway, I ve been having upper chest/back pain. Is that normal? Or is it from The way I landed? The pain isn t pressure orientated but only hurts when I do certain movements/laugh/hiccup?
