Suggest Treatment For Severe Upper Respiratory Infection In An Infant

My 8 month old son has had an upper respiratory infection for bout four weeks I ve takin him to doctor he has had a round of antibiotics 3 weeks OK when it first came about well he is now waking up coughing and gasping for air he calms down on breathing but still has the cough there is flem Everytime he coughs what should I do

Consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.
Antibiotics has to be started at the earliest.
Saline nebulization can provide symptomatic relief.
