Suggest Treatment For Severe Vaginal Itching

hello doctor, i'm a 16 year old and i have had an itch in my private area. at first it was a normal itch and i used to scratch it. but later on, the following week perhaps, the itch became worse and i tried looking at it in the mirror, what i saw was a dark oblong-ish thing beside my vaginal opening. My mom bought fucidin cream and the itch went away but now i have itch all over my vagina. I put fucidin cream in there also. but it's still itchy. i'm applying fucidin cream for 2 days now. any help?
