Suggest Treatment For Severe Vaginal Pain During Intercourse

My wife is 47 years. She has no problem with arousal or being ready for intercourse. However, she can't allow me to enter her as her vagina pains a lot. The doc said its because the tube has shrunk. What could be the possible cause and remedy for the same

- Infections ( bacterial/ fungal/ herpes) of vaginal tract, urinary tract, pelvis.
- pelvic inflammation,
-trauma to the genital tract- accidental/ during delivery
-Endometriosis,
- estrogen deficiency
* According to your query she does not seem to have any psychological barrier in having sex.
*so she needs to be examined by a gynecologist/ investigated to pin point the cause followed by specific treatment.
