In a fraction of patients, blood pressure is very labile. It is up but whenever treated aggressively, there are bouts of hypotension. Kindly see your cardiologist for further evaluation in the form of ECG, echo, renal Doppler and lipid and thyroid profile. He will treat you with tapered doses of anti-hypertensive which are to be increased in a sequential manner.
Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
