Suggest Treatment For Severe Vertigo And Weakness

I am now getting over Vertigo It started last Thursday,t it was so bad on sunday I called the Dr who gave me a different pill to put between my top lip and gum. Monday I couldn t stand up so was taken to see my Dr who said that it will go in the next 2 weeks,This is the 3rd time I have had this but the most serious. I am so weak now, it is a good job I have very good friends, as I couldn t be left on my own Dr said if I have it very bad in one ear they can knock it out.If this happens will I get this problem again.I m 73 woman

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxismal vertigo. I suggest to use Meclizine hydrochloride three times a day. I also suggest to avoid salt in the diet.
