Suggest Treatment For Severe Vertigo Leading To Dizziness And Nausea

Vertigo @ times severe perspiration becoming weak, dizzy & nasueas...hospitalized a week ago, diagnosed as severe vertigo as was several years ago. Have more frequent episodes this past yr. gait also unsteady. Lost right perif. Vision in both eyes due to stroke. No Incapication other than perif. Vision.Thank you.

For treatment of severe vertigo you can take antiemetic like prochlorperaxine.

Take law salt diet.
Avoid excessive stress.
Take proper rest.
Balance ear exercises is also helpful for vertigo.

If vertigo because of benign paroxysmal positional
vertigo than treated by Brandt daroff exercises.

Behaviours therapy is more helpful .
cognative behaviour therapy help In vestibular symptoms.

In vertigo physiotherapy is more helpful.
