General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your child could have acute gastritis. For that he has been prescribed antacid course and anti emetic drug sos.

So it can be continued. The headache could be due to lost electrolyte. So additionally you should give him more water to maintain hydration and ORS or vital Z to maintain electrolyte balance.

He should be put on antibiotic if no improvement in 2-3 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
