Suggest Treatment For Severe Vomiting And Light Bleeding During Periods

Vomiting twice today, not bleeding as much during my period, also at first i spotted but not anymore, had light almost pink blood, cramp pains are far worse than my normal period cramp pains, now im bleeding heavy with dark red blood. I have a headache and back ache. I havent been bleeding a lot with this pain. Is there something worng?

Hello,

For vomiting you can take anti emetics and antacids for relieve. Vomiting can be due to stress, indigestion, liver issues. You are suggested to get CBC, urinalysis, liver function tests done. Take boiled food, avoid spicy oily junk food. Stay well hydrated and take adequate sleep. For cramps and pain abdomen, take spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when needed.

You can take acetaminophen, one sos when needed for relief from headache. If you had been on regular CP, you need not worry for pregnancy. Since you are bleeding heavy, you are suggested to get examined by a gynecologist. Get treated at the earliest.
