Suggest Treatment For Severe Wheezing In A COPD Patient

my husband has multiple myeloma, chronic kidney disease, neuropathy and copd. last night he asked to use his inhaler because he was wheezing. he woke me up this morning stating his lungs felt like they were filled with smoke and he was shaking all over. His blood pressure was 140/100, his oxygen level was 92. he refused to go to the er.

You have to start on bronchodilators for symptomatic relief.
