Suggest Treatment For Sharp Abdominal Pain And Bad Odor Urination
My daughter is visiting fami,y in a different state. She has had foul smelling urine for about a week. She called and said she has a sharp pain in abdomine to side of her belly tutor while urinating and a bit after she s finished. Would a urgent care do follow up with her if it is a urinary or bladder infection?

In my opinion, the complains which you have described above is suggestive of URINARY TRACT INFECTION.
If i were your treating doctor, then i would have done COMPLETE URINE EXAMINATION- ROUTINE and MICROSCOPY and URINE CULTURE.
After the reports were out i would have started treating with the suitable oral antibiotic.
