Suggest Treatment For Sharp Chest Pain , Nausea And Arm Pain

My 25 year old daughter had been through all the tests they can put her throughand she still has sudden sharp stabbing pains in the middle of her chest. Comes with nausea and then she is so exhausted she sleeps for hours! She has had Echos and EKGs and heart tests. they found that she has a prob with a valve in her heart and say it will cause her problems later in life. for now there is no neck back, arm, shoulder or left arm pain. they say it is not a heart attack or anxiety. but no one has answers. All her blood work came back normal. It is starting to scare me. She will be talking and a sudden sharp pain just grabs her in the middle of her chest and she gets nausea and then wiped out tired. Her doctor and heart doctor say its not heart issue. she found a cyst on her breast and doctor says it will go away but its so painful to her. when she bumps it or takes bra off. we don t know if its related. they wont refer her for CAT or MRI without a good reason. Well, does the fact they dont know count as a good reason to explore? please tell me someone has an idea. .Lori
