Suggest Treatment For Sharp Chest Pain

I m a 19 year old male, 6 2 and 175 lbs. for the last 3 days I ve been experiencing sudden, sharp pain in the center of my chest, behind the breatbone, that radiates to my lower neck. I know it is definitely my heart. It only lasts a few seconds, and then goes away, leaving me with horrible anxiety. It happens here and there, but always intense, stabbing pain.

Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.
Cardiac pain is very unusual at your age.
Rather than being in anxiety,kindly see your doctor for a chest examination and to look for other causes like plural irritation,esophageal spasm,chest wall causes etc.
