Suggest Treatment For Sharp Chest Pain

I have this sharp pain that's been going on for 2 weeks now. The pain, I think, is at my lungs which radiates from my back to my chest. It's more on my left lung. I feel the pain every time I take a deep breath or laugh. When I swallow, I feel a sharp pain that is somewhat of a heartburn. What is my condition?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to health care magic.

1.The first possible cause could be muscle- skeletal pain as its increasing on specific positions and cough and so on.
2.Next possible cause will be gastric cause ( ulcer, gastritis), Finally cardiac pathology need to be ruled out.
3.First get an ECG and chest x-ray, that will rule out the possibilities of cardiac pathology and chest pathologies.
4.Apply some muscle-relaxant cream and do some physical exercises that will help in muscle pain.
5.If any thing does not work treatment for gastritis will help. So visit your GP and get followed accordingly. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
