Suggest Treatment For Sharp Knee Pain

I have had pain on the medial side of my left knee since monday (7/10). When I move my leg from flexion to extension I get a popping that sometimes results in a sharp pain, this also occurs when I change planes of movement. I have tried heat, ice, motrin and bracing? What else should I try?
