Suggest Treatment For Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain

I am not on my period. I had it already the beginning of this month. When I use the bathroom every time, I don t see no blood in my urine; only when I wipe. I have lower abdominal pains on the right side. The pains are extremely sharp. I drink a lot of water everyday and all day. Help me please, what can be the problem? I have been bleeding for 7 days straight. It doesn t even be nowhere in my panties.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sharp lower abdominal pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like consuming foods known to cause gas in some people, such as milk products that contain lactose, broccoli , appendicitis , crohn’s disease, gastroenteritis or urinary tract infection. Need not to worry. You should take plenty of fluids and take anapas for pain . I would suggest you to avoid above mentioned foods , eat light and non spicy specially at night , take light walk after every meal , eat small and frequent meals. Drink warm water , apply warm compresses on abdomen and back and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , endoscopy along with stool test . Doctor may prescribe laxative , anti inflammatory along with antacids . Doctor may also refer you to urologist for problem like UTI , who may order ultrasound and urine test .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
