Suggest Treatment For Sharp Ovarian Pain

1. I've had these sharp pains in my ovaries, although I have them about three or four times a month and they are completely random. They sometimes come when I'm in school or when I'm sleeping and its not because I'm about to start my period or anything but one time it was a sign of diarrhea. But I've also had shivers and diaphragm pain which all of this has lately been going on all at once and I don't know if I can do anything having all of these pains at the same time.

2. I've also hit the back of my head really hard and I feel lightheaded when I stand up, (maybe I just have motion sickness?) and its hard to focus my vision on something because things become blurry and I'm constantly trying to see clearer. I've searched some of the symptoms for a possible concussion and it seems like all of the symptoms sound about how I feel but I don't want to immediately go and think I have a concussion because it could be false alarm. Anyway, I've had dramatic mood swings, most of the time its just negative stuff like I'm quicker to be annoyed, I've felt really sad for the past couple of days and my sleeping pattern is haywire. Although it could simply be my hormones. I sleep until 2 in the morning, then I sleep until 9 at night, and its just really everywhere. I've forgotten some of the littlest things and I normally don't do that, like I forgot what I was going to do today or what I was going to write about. I can't tell if I'm forgetting easily or my brain's just too slow to retrieve that information. I've been losing balance a bit more than I usually would, now though, I almost fell onto my teacher. I've had both sensitivity seeing things and hearing things, more so hearing than seeing. I've had a cold so that probably explains the hearing, but just in case it doesn't, my ears have been popping often, my hearing seems to be concentrated on the smallest things, like people behind me whispering and people writing. Most of the time it feels like I'm in an airplane, hearing-wise. Everything's in a different pitch, until I yawn of course. But then it goes back to the annoying pitch I keep hearing. I haven't had any headaches or slurred speech, but everything seems to be going slowly and dull-like. When I run or walk even, I feel like I'm getting nowhere. My legs often feel a bit heavy too when I walk. My concentration has gotten worse, definitely worse. And I forgot to mention I am on medication, I've been taking Ritalin so maybe some of the things I've been experiencing are side effects from the meds? Although ever since I took Ritalin I've only had negative feelings and overall just not myself, just a more depressing me and I hate that I feel like that, then it makes me feel even worse and I don't know I just hope its the medication's side effects. Oh and I haven't consulted a doctor formally yet because my mom, my only guardian or parent isn't around very much that I could talk, and I have a few issues with her and she isn't really the type of person that'd take me to the doctor, meaning she gives a logical explanation and its over with. Thats basically everything that I'm concerned about, and thank you for taking the time to read this long page
