Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Collar Bone

Hi, I have this sharp pain in/under my left collar bone that comes and goes randomly. When it happens, it usually lasts a few seconds to a minute but it hurts a whole lot!
I wish I knew what it was so I could prevent it from happening because sometimes, the pain is so bad that I double over and have to lay down and wait for it to go away.
