Hi.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You mentioned that you have pain where the gall bladder used to be. Did you have the gall bladder removed?
In casa the gall bladder was removed, it is possible for the pain to be seen over the stitches as a result of the swelling of the stitches.

A muscle like structure coming out while peeing may be seen with urine casts. These casts can form when the red blood cell in the urine accumulate and a cast is formed. This can be urinated out from the urethra.

Another reason for the pain that would also explain the renal cast would would be a kidney issue like a Urinary tract infection or a kidney stone. This would cause pain to appear in the sides of the abdomen.

Seeing a doctor to get an Ultrasound and X-ray of the abdomen can help get to the cause. Once confirmed as a kidney stone, the doctor may suggest medications to help flush the stone or suggest surgery to remove the stone from the urethra. This is a minimally invasive procedure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vignan Rachabattuni
