Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Left Arm

Hello Doctor. My name is Gabriel. I have a very sharp pain in my left arm by the tricep area for about 6 days. 9 days ago I woke up with a stiff neck (sleeping wrong). I ve been doing push-ups and chin ups daily since may. Possible to have maybe tore up a ligament, pinched a nerve or pulled a muscle?

The possibility of muscle pull see there as as it is outdoor exertional activity. It is recommended for you to rest for a couple of days and do hot fomentation in local area.
