Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Lower Part Of The Head

yes im a thirty six year old female who has a past back injury fourth and fifth disk w siatica but for the last month a new problem has happened i have had this electric shock type pain come and go in the lower back part of my head and now out of no were i have a dull but painfull feel in my shoulder and right arm . i am becoming eritable stressed and olmost a feeling of emptyness i have no energy and want the pain to go away
