ok so for about a year now I have been having some sharp pains in my shoulder. I messed it up last year in a rodeo. on somedays I have throbbing pains, some days I have sharp pains, but on others its stiff and hurts really bad to move. on a scale of 1-10 i'd say its about a ten

Hai. Ur pain seems to mimic frozen shoulderor sum chronic traumatic injury. 9ls go ahead for a mri shoulder, u can rule out for the soft tissue injury.pls meet an orthopaedic surgeon , he will surely help.
