what can i do for my back because im have sharp pain in my back and really hurts to move my back....the pain is like in the middle of my back i dont haven none to use but i did take some ibuprofen pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help me asap........ ps from.nicole

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to lumbar spine disc injury. A physical examination by orthopedician will be helpful to rule out the condition. Muscle relaxants along with NSAIDs will be helpful for this.
